I'm Sending this Meditation as a Christmas Eve gift to everyone in the world who is in need of a little love right now. Thank you G M for this gift this morning. It was just what I needed & filled me with loving energies. Today would have been my Dad's Birthday but he died in 2004. I Feel sad 😔 at Christmas nowdays & it hasn't really been the same since but I will carry on & make the best of it. At midnight last night I lit a candle for My dad, walked out in to the crisp cold air in to the park near to where I live, looked up to the moon, shining down so bright & wished him a Happy Birthday. The stars were bright & twinkling & I pressed my body up against a tall strong Tree for support. I stood there a few minutes gazing at the sky, thinking about him. It felt special, peaceful & calm, the beauty & healing power of the universe. Love & light to everyone & every living thing on Planet Earth. Have a wonderful Christmas who ever you are with or not with & where ever you may be.

Thank you , my grandmother died yesterday and I couldn’t go to the funeral since I need to stay with my siblings and my relative children in another city, I didn’t know what to do , I could not express my feelings , and I do not want to cause any pain to the children , because I tend to get angry when I do not understand a situation , this mediation helps me , thank you so much .
