I keep a message on kitchen cabinet, “Become so conscious that you don’t go unconscious again.” It’s not easy but it controls my slipping back into powerlessness. I stay alert!

It makes more sense to create a world that you do like...than to buy into a world that you don't like by giving it attention.

My cousin and I send sweet greetings to one another every morning. It gives us sweet mornings. Start good, stay good. Love, gratitude and Joy.

To say this is the key to happiness is a massive understatement. We are all about energy, once you understand this, you will have a more fulfilled life as you have are more self aware in , how we gain and lose it . Practice the habits everyday, and magic will come into your life 🙏

I am curious if anyone has any ideas to help bring about positive thoughts in a particular situation. I wake up sweating and shaking from both night terrors and nightmares and my vibration always feels very low, like dread and doom. In the twilight state, how do I change these feelings that usually last for hours and awaken me all through the night until it’s time to get up for real?
