This video was made for educational purposes. The specialist's name is Ivan (inst @kostoprav_adler) and he is a Kostoprav (bonesetter/chiropractor). Ivan invited me to visit him a while ago, so when I came to Sochi I decided to see him. The session included strong chiropractic adjustments and cupping. During the session Ivan was describing his actions and explaining what he was doing. At the end of the video I left a comment on the session.

Exactly! Almost all chiros return to work on the neck at least 1 time during a chiro session. Ivan works 1min on the neck and thats it! But he did the best neck adjustment in that 1 min ;)

Anyone know what's up with his foot? It can't be an infection otherwise it would have cleared up by now. I find it mildly ironic he goes for all these adjustments but doesn't get the foot sorted, it has to be muscular or skeletal?

I'd like to know too. I've always figured it was injured and then never healed properly or something. Could be some kind of a deformation as well? Bunions etc.

@@platinumcross4720 I mean he's entitled to his privacy but every video it's like Mick McManus and the ears, they can't touch his foot. I think if it were bunions it would be more on his big toe than where they seem to be touching that sets him off i.e. sole.

I noticed that this time he mentioned a problem with the other foot as well? Looked like the arch on the left foot outside of the normal right toe issue? I’d be curious if the left was injured in a recent session.

About 15 years ago I stepped on my foot in the wrong way somehow and something happened to the foot:) Since then if you apply a desent pressure to the area of the middle finger it will hurt. Feet adjustments are one of the hardest adjustments, they can be very painful. Knowing this, I don't let chiropractors "adjust" my right toe.

Wow quite an aggressive adjustments. Looks like he was going to rip you neck off. Bring a fan of aggressive adjustments; I loved it. Though part where he pressed back side of knee cap was painful to watch. Similarly holding achilles tendon was painful to watch.

Ive heard that cracking to much causes cartilage... I cracked my fingers as a kid all the time, today they feel stiff clumsy and hurt a bit.

To add to the ear adjustment explanation, it’s meant to stretch out the eustachian tubes of your inner ear. The intention is to “open up” your ear, but I have no idea if it actually helps or not though lol
