These are active speakers. Avr requires passive speakers and branded ones will put a hole in your pocket

Indeed Polk is way better than this Polk need amplifier .amp + speaker costs five six times more. But there is no comparison between Polk or any other hi end system and this Zeb floor standing speaker. Both HV there own cons and pros

As per my little knowledge Logitech z906 is invincible..... You cant compare with any other system THX effect for movie lovers..... For audio purpose you can buy any system but for cinematic effect go for logitech Z906.
