I’m loving your videos! Great content, tone and pace. Thanks a lot. Subscribed. I played a lot of D2 back in the days, where I was trying many builds but mostly only up to nightmare. Also played almost exclusively in single player so I didn’t get to find or use a lot a lot of the endgame gear and runewords. As I’ll probably be playing. D2R the same way, save for one or two dedicated characters to play with friends, I would love a budget builds series where you could showcase different builds that don’t rely on endgame gear to be effective (to a degree) and fun. Maybe offer hints for lower lvl gear alternatives, skills and show some gameplay if the build to give an idea of how it plays? Cheers

Great guide for new players! What also would be a good and important guide would be the "Best Cost-Benefit-Ratio Runewords". Spirit and Insight are already on this list, but there is also things like Obedience and some others that just provide ridiculously powerful bonuses for their cost. If you would make a guide about that it would be cool!

Are there alternatives to set armor and conviction aura polearm ? such as running with Obidience, Hand of Justice, Shako, and Phoenix to provide -enemy fire resist ? Would it stack for a fire sorceress?

Small but important correction: There are no resistances on a "Spirit" weapon. That would be insane. Instead of +35 cold, light, and poison resistance, you get +some cold, light, and poison damage. And no one cares about those, because, as said in the video, it's a caster weapon. Still amazing, though. +2 skills, 25-35% FCR, 55% FHR, along with some life and mana make this the thing you'll probably clear hell with unless you happen upon some lucky unique drop. The shield, on the other hand, I wouldn't necessarily include in an "easy early runewords" video. The runes are easy enough, but the base can only be found in hell and isn't necessarily easy to come by. The exception is if you're rolling a paladin, for whom you could find a 4 socket shield as early as act 5 normal.

Would like to point out that all those runewords can be farmed in normal countess by using the rune upgrading recipes. Sure, it’d take a while, but it IS possible.

A shame neither gems, jewels nor runes can be bought. I can go buy them in my city without issue, i have a Swarovski shop here! The Skull would be hard to come by in a store, but jewelry would definitely something that is traded. Runes, i imagine an artisan carving them, due to their power they probably would cost a lot, and depending on how good the artisan is, he can only carve certain runes.
