Powerful INNER HEALING Guided Meditation | Oracle, Crystals, Ritual Tea ASMR

I was about to start my evening meditation session, when I have decided to turn on the camera and welcome you to follow this practise along with me.
If you have any past or present traumas, anxiety, stress - this guided meditation is for you to calm down, release the negative and refocus on the good side of life, you, love.
I include Healing Oracle cards here, as well as a small mint tea ritual for you, crystal energy cleansing, visual and auditory relaxation techniques.
During this meditation I went into a profound self calmness state, so you will see me a bit different than usual. Hope this will help you to calm down, release stress and anxiety and sleep better.

Oh, I needed this so much in this moment. So calming. I resist things like this, even had this window open for quite a while (buzzing around like a busy bee, but really about to go off the deep end) before I finally sat down. This is actually only the second time I've experienced "ASMR" (the first was with the girl you co-created one of these with, loved it). Now that I see how effective it is, I'm on it, ha ;-) Will be watching this one again (and again) and seeking more. Also, I smudged right before sitting down, and I think that helped me to finally sit down to this. Thank you, thank you, thank you :-)

The oracle card I got today said "Do something that deeply replenishes you" and I couldn't figure out what to do. Well, that was just because you hadn't uploaded this video yet!!😍 Wow wow wow!
