Find a quiet, cozy spot where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Pop on your headphones for the best experience. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax.

Relax and Breathe:
Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Do this a few times, feeling more relaxed with each breath.
Feel the Frequencies:
Allow the alternating frequencies of 852 Hz and 936 Hz to wash over you. Let the sounds flow through you, activating your pineal gland and third eye, and helping you to relax and let go of any tension.
Stay Present:
