Salamalekoun Elhadj, franchement la lecture du coran là m'a fait dormir comme un bébé. Ça fait plus de 15 jrs je n'arrive pas à dormir la nuit bien avant le décès de ma grande sœur et jusqu'à hier nuit. Je vous en remercie infiniment, qu'Allah veille sur vous et vous bénisse pour ce que vous faites pour nous autres inch Allah amine. Ma tête est légère où je suis maintenant car j'ai vraiment bien récupéré mon sommeil en merci, Allahamdoulilah.

Please do Salah 5 times a day, read Quran everyday, do lots of charity, do tahajjad at night, learn how to do tahajjad, because you do good deed make you're intentions by saying "I make intentions to do this for the sake of Allah swt only" then do the good deeds/tahajjad. Please play all the ruqyah from this channel all day everyday and please make lots of duaa! Make lots of dua after Salah, reading Quran, fasting and after tahajjad. @@jelloulisanaa , écoute beaucoup les Roqya. Même quand tu vas au lit mes tes écouteurs et laisse les Roqya rouler. Même si tu t'endors, ce n'est pas grave. L'essentiel que ça résonne dans tes oreilles. Et à chaque fois que tu te réveilles un peu dans ton sommeil, refais bien tes écouteurs et continue d'écouter. Dans la journée tu peux écouter à chaque fois que tu as un peu de temps. Ou même quand tu fais un travail, monte tes écouteurs et continue d'écouter. A force de faire ça, tu verras une bonne guérison. Qu'Allaah nous sauve tous ici bas et dans l'eau de-la. AAMIINE !

@@jelloulisanaaAhlikoum Salem, moi aussi c’était pareil, j’étais bloqué dans tous, travail on m’acceptait et quelques jours après on me disait non (ça m’est arrivé plusieurs fois à la suite). Mais en essayant de perfectionner ma salât dans la concentration, en faisant mon dikr tous les jours. Et surtout les 100 fois Lâ ilâha illa-llâhu, wahdahu lâ sharîka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa ‘alâ kulli shay-in Qadîr Matin et soir Inchallah. Et aussi faire du bakhour avec du costus indien, et le boire aussi inchallah. Qu’Allah nous guérisse 🤲🤲

Allah t’aidera InchaAllah InchaAllah Prends un récipient -tu mets un torchon dessus et tu laisses Sorathe Baraka réciter -Ensuite tu mets 7 feuilles de jugibier dans cette eau Ensuite tu en mets sur tes draps Mais également à la fin de ta douche tu te pulvérises le corps avec cette eau bénite … avec InchaAllah sa va aller Tu es mettre de ta vie avec la grâce Allah … reprends le contrôle de ta vie Ton corps est comme une voiture donne lui ceux qu ´il faut beaucoup de sport ..vraiment beaucoup de sport pour que ton corps sécrète de la Dopamine Beaucoup à manger ( pâte , couscous ) pas trop de sucre rapide InchaAllah InchaAllah mon fils sa va aller Prends ta vie en main ….
