This is a story which talks about two men, Augustin Muhire and John Ntirenganya who uses to live in harmony before the genocide but during the genocide John changed and killed Muhire’s family. After the genocide John was imprisoned and during Gacaca time he accepted the sin and testifies what he did during the genocide in 1994 he was so honest about what happened and judged those who committed who didn’t want to say the truth about what they did. They decided to put him out of jell but this was so tricky for him as he had confessed so he was scared that people that he judged and those he killed their family will kill him. It didn’t happen that way; Muhire approached him and found for him a place where to stay. They leave in peace with their family and in their community now.
