After a while of not thinking and grounding myself in the music i saw a black wolf surrounded by butterflies it led me to a glass door and i walked through but i realized the wolf was still on the other side and i couldn't get back and i started freaking out a little when i turned around there was a beautiful bright blue and orange parakeet that took me upwards through the clouds and above the clouds was everyone the wolf was there and the butterflies were gone after this experience i realize that my fear of travelling and not being able to return was visualized by my power animal and now i know even if i feel like i cant come back i always can Thank you for opening my eyes

QUESTION,to whomever can ...I have always had a strong tugging at my heart when listening to any native American music. It soothes my soul. Like I belong and a message is urgently trying to come through. The urgency intensifies as I grow older. Does this make any sense ? I get very very emotional feeling many different ones. This is beautiful and common. Part is aging, the rest is growing spiritual awareness. While not wanting to take from Native Americans, I would say the tug you feel is that all Indigenous people on this planet have deep understanding that the rest of us have forgotten because we've lost touch. The events of our world have stepped up the urgent need some of us feel to grasp that deep awareness in ourselves and the deeper meanings to everything.

Where does the sensation (for the message) come through at? What part of the body? Then ask that part of the body what it is it would like to say. Be patient and allow it to come to you however it will come to you. It may come as another sensation. Or it may come as thoughts. Or it may come as a sound. It could come in the form of a dream, whether you remember it or not. It could come in something someone else says to you. You may hear it in the wind. Or maybe from the trees. Perhaps it will be from a bird. You get the idea.. Allow it to come to you however it will come to you. If it is a sound from you, just allow yourself to make the sound without any judgement. But the point is, regardless how it comes through, you will know it and it will make sense to you.Trust that. And deepen your ability to communicate with that side of you.

Wow! I was in a boat and decided to jump into sea. Then a whale came and forced me back to boat. I jumped again and whale did force me back again. Finally, whale dived by wagging its tail and I observed sharks on horizon. It was like imagine or sth like imaginary that never experienced before and decided to share this post. I’m not a meditation person but found this very mysterious. Thx for content.

HI All, I;ve just been doing some shamanic journeying and began to think about my mother and the controlling issues. Suddenly a black snake strongly appeared alive in my consciousness, a writhing and ringing its ways along the path, I knew my mother was revealing her true self. Who knows the visual imagery of the dark snake.

Very powerful music, it got me shaking at times. I am not an expert, but be AWARE that at the ending the call back is very abrupt, instead of slowing down, it highly intensifies for a few seconds and abruptly ends. I would have preferred a milder call back slowing the drums for a few minutes. Thanks so much for posting it, enjoyed my practice.

The records of all the worlds existence and history of all that has been. Is not going to bring enlightenment. Wisdom either ! all knowledge and even a path of wisdom is the highway to suffering. Enlightenment in all its illumination is experienced after one mastered the mind and found self awareness. Insane wisdom is exactly insane. No human ever gave credit to what knowledge or wisdom gives. Guard the mind careful in seeking better off being dumb than the hidden price of some mad monk who make all not pure of heart to fall by the sword as a fool.

While doing the mediation, I saw an Australian Shepard dog, which my intuition told me was named Jasper. For some reason, I turned into a border collie and nuzzled my face against his. I don’t know whether or not he is a spirit guide, someone in my past life, or what. (My question was about past lives.) Nevertheless, I continued on my journey with Jasper and saw a hawk or an eagle (I think it was an eagle) sitting on a tree. I asked them the question, however they didn’t respond. I kept walking, and an antelope followed Jasper and I. Later on in the journey I got a vision of someone who I presume was me collecting plants for herbal medicine. I saw teepees, which I had never seen before. (The way they were decorated) Towards the end of my journey I saw a female wolf, who stared at me. I smiled, and sat down with her. Jasper and the antelope were still with me. Overall It was a eye opening experience. (I tried to deny the wolf spirit as my imagination because I had seen so many others with the same wolf spirit. But I guess I just accepted it while reflecting on it.) Thank you for helping me with something that I had wondered for a long time! (I still don’t know exactly everything, but I’m learning! :) ) Blessed be, everyone. Safe journey! :)

Started playing audio while focusing on breath. Soon I could sense energy in my hands. And then my body started generating heat within. I still feel the heat. Also felt like either my body was expanding horizontally or something like a windows 98 wave screen distortion. What could that mean?

I don’t know about the distortion (although it’s not that uncommon to feel strange (not bad) sensations when meditating) and the same with the heat. The heat in the hands sounds similar to when healers do Reiki
