@Valentino, if I were to talk to you in person, I most likely would be able to Identity the personal problems that you face, whether in terms of communication, feeling grounding, having the ability to empathize, recognize your self-worth. I found your comment to be disrespectful and dismisses of what this beautiful person shared. it's brave to be vulnerable and to share something as innocently human as that. if you were to take the time to heal the energy centers blocked for you, fixing any damage, emotional, mental, physical that you have endured over the years, you would most likely cry, too. that's the healing. the subconscious ties into it, too. when you bury trauma, emotional stress, uncomfortable incidents, painful encounters, it damages something within you and it's meditative videos like this (that focuses on the science of vibrations, frequencies, and energy), that can undo it. every person can live an authentic life. She doesn't need help, she is helping herself, and thankfully there is a community willing listen, to support and encourage her strides and efforts (and we do! ♡) life gets everyone in the end. Janet Ditroia, I started chanting for the first time. I'm chanting through the chakra system. it's done more than meditating by itself has. I sob sometimes, while chanting, but I push through it, I keep chanting and I can feel the healing happening as it is. I feel myself going into the energy center and literally fixing the damage done. the results are, immediate. it takes terrible focus though, introspection, too, and I feel that's why many people don't start. it's worth it. I was in a terrible, terrible place recently. I was damaged and covering the damage. I wasn't able to smile, or feel love in my heart. the blockages were so strong. I literally could not feel love, and I was always,always angry and lashing out. stressed. I chanted for the solar plexus one day, and the heart chakra the next. WOW. i had no idea, ive avoided focusing this chakra despite having done a lot of meditation over the years. Lately i have been focusing on my dreams, but i keep discovering blockages with my ability to remember them or even lucid dream. I had no idea that there could be such blockages, but thank you for putting this out there. The moment i started this video i could feel myself slamming into a wall in my meditation. Its funny i was told recently by someone i admire that taurus possess a lot of control over their throats, but this one doesnt and there is apparently a lot of work i need to be doing. Hi :) I've always have had problems with throat chakra - I mean all this system of speaking, I'm in fear to speak before any audience and its not easy for me to be heard and listened to even by my own family and friends. I often listen to such things like these music and tries to relax my speaking system and to infuse it with such tones. :) It is of some help - I mean in the loong time, its about 5-7 years as I work with such chakras music, or just listening to it during my working hours - as my fear of being heard and voicing my opinions and emotions diminish :)

You might want to do a Skype session with me; i help folks with stage fright ~ or, for free, you can also listen to some tips from Teal Swan's talk on the 5th chakra here online. I love raw frankincense! Thx I think I'll light some and listen to this again later tonight. (I used to do that daily). I moved into a 'NEW' home 18 months ago (and in a new state) and ever since, Ive felt energy blockages. I used to dream every night to the point I looked forward to going to bed! Nothing. I'm moving out of this home and into another 'NEWLY' constructed space. I can hardly wait. Something about this space isn't right. I've sage-d it, blessed it and spoken loving words over it... Nada. It feels like I am disconnected (from my SELF). I dunno. Not a fun experience. We'll see what happens when I move. Perhaps it was just meant to be temporary. 😕 no worries. Looking forward to taking my power back.
