i love this motivation video, prime eric lilliebridge was a menace, KK was a beast he pulled it always off the floor regardless how heavy it was, the drive and rage of zahir, pete rubish of course who doesnt know him, some old school stuff with andy bolton, just a great video overall

yes, bodybuilding is so manly. Guys in a string tanga, who are covered in oil and brown color show their muscles and are on stage weak as fuck because the diet fucks theire arse. Very manly :D

Keith Albahae Because Bodybuilding doesn't have much to do with strength. It's all about size and ratio. Powerlifting depends purely on strength and form. That's why you'll see a lot of powerlifters with a bloated tummy who can lift really heavy weights, which an average elite bodybuilder wouldn't even think of.

@@provakarroychy1535 Exactly lol. This is why I do both. It's retarded when people think it's more masculine to be a bodybuilder. There are only a few bodybuilders who get on powerlifting levels like Ronnie Coleman.
