This video discusses the actual PowerPoint presentation used in demonstration teaching in Grade 4 Science for classroom observation (CO). It gives tips to newly hired/current/aspiring/beginning teachers - Teacher 1-3 - on how to deliver their lesson and what other strategies they can use to make the teaching and learning process meaningful.
In this video (Part 2), I also discussed some helpful ways that you can use in discussing concepts in Science especially on investigating the properties of light. This powerpoint presentation was used in my classroom observation for the third quarter (Q3) where I obtained a score of 7 out of 9 indicators in the COT. The certain indicator where I obtained 6 will be discussed in the last part of the video where I also explained why it got 6 instead of 7 in that particular indicator.
This video will also guide you on how to explain your lesson plan to your rater during the post-conference phase of your CO because raters will ask you on how the different indicators are achieved in your lesson.
