I so damn remember binge watching Powerpuff girls every day when I was 3-7. I stopped watching it then and now, coming back after 6 long years... It's crazy that I'm just 13 and already have amazing memories. So many more to come. Much respect to the voice actors and the Powerpuff girls team that directed this amazing show!

As someone who is suffering from depression and severe anxiety lately, this shit hits so hard as it so nostalgic to hear this, I wish I could go back in time and just be a child again. Damn I miss just chilling at my sofa before bed the day before school at the evening and just watch cartoon network all day. :/

Listening to this now brought back all kinds of nostalgia for me. One memory in particular was the episode where the broccoli empire attempted to take over the world but the kids weren't infected because most kids hate broccoli. But to defeat them, they had to eat them and the whole thing was reminiscent of a war movie, with 'wounded soldiers' being kids too full to eat any more 😆just sheer genius. Where was this level of writing in the new one?!!

I re-watched some of the first season episodes and when this song dropped, it hit hard.

This brings back a lot. But I mean, a lot! 😊 I remember, every night, my sister and I would watch so many episodes, so much to the point that Netflix would say, “Are you still watching the Powerpuff Girls?”. The next night, it was the same. We would binge watch so many episodes. I also remember that my cousins loved this show as much as we did! I remember watching a few episodes together at their house. They really loved the Powerpuff Girls that one day they got four parakeet birds and named them Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, and Mojojojo! Those birds were so cute to play with every time I went to their house. I miss them a lot, they had to get rid of them just a few years ago because my aunt (which is their mom, of course) started getting allergies 😢 Thank you, Powerpuff Girls, for the great memories. I hope my cousins, my little sister, and I can watch at least one episode of the Powerpuff Girls sometime around :)
