some people will never understand how happy it makes us to just drive around and row the gears

VERY NICE JOB on the shifting!! i'm a "senior citizen" who used to street race old mopar 4 speeds 1969-72. every weekend i was "power shifting" a Barracuda or a Road Runner just the way you just drove your ol GTO.

Personally, it took me a while to break the habit of lifting between gears. I, finally, broke it with the help of some motorhead buds. There just ain't nothin' like power shifting through the cogs. And, back in the day, we did it without rev limiters so, missing a cog was not an option!
@briang44703 жыл бұрын
You shouldn't be driving a 4 speed car if your lifting to shift, at that point put in an automatic, there is nothing like powershifting a 4 speed

my dad had noticed a 73 GP SJ 455 in Valencia gold for sale cheap, he got it for $3500 car is numbers matching and fully loaded, the body/paint is all original, a lad had passed away and his mother would not sell his 69 judge he had since he was 17, its in his garage in Toronto, carrousel red, was an automatic but his mom said he put a 4 speed in it, this was 2 years ago, so i dont know what ended up happening to the judge, the guys friends were all over it apparently, she could still have it

Sadly all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.

Back in the eighties my snow boots used to get stuck behind the brake pedal in my Chevy chavette. Foot was always to the floor on the gas anyways So…. Much more exhilarating these days In my 360 hornet. Of course I can't blame it On snow boots.
