Ridiculous the amount of security in job centres especially when they look and act as unprofessional as those clowns

What I do not get is, why do these Job Centres need 1/2 dozen Security Guards? Are they in place for a disgruntled job seeker who returns screaming “ you didn’t get me that job”? There is more security in Job Centres then there are in Banks etc.

I don't understand, why is there security in a job centre? I mean, I could understand if there was a guy or two on call who could show up within a few minutes, but to have several of them on site just standing around? Are they really needed that often?

So I tried to test out my local job centre and inform them I want to film at my next appointment. They said the expected no you can’t to which I responded now I deffo will. On arrival main entrance was coned off and got directed to staff entrance which was locked. Got challenged by G4S and directed to another entrance and a private room. Totally ignored my rights refusing me access to the public area and refusing to help if I filmed anything. Be worth a visit as they have my info but totally disgusting attitude even ignoring the memo siting their wants over my rights.

So glad I never have to visit jobcentres anymore. I'd be so put off by all the thugs they employ. I'm pretty sure there was no security back in my days of needing to go to jobcentres.

The advice to make an appointment in private to record even for memory issues DOES NOT work as I have memory issues and learning difficulties with means I can't read or right properly and rely on predicted text but the refuse even with reasonable adjustments to allow recording claiming privacy laws
