Hey team. Just watched this install video as I'm looking into purchasing a steering wheel and pvs head unit for my 76. Great video and will definitely follow this guide. Does the new steering wheel come with side covers or do the factory ones fit straight back in? noticed no covers were put back on in the video.

@danielcholewinski1110 yea I'm having trouble with putting it in my 105. Cruise control doesn't fit. And the horn isn't working as I don't have a clock spring.

Is that a land cruiser prado steering wheel or it is a 70 series modified steering wheel?

Great video, my question is can I utilise the Sim card wifi network and connect to andriod auto wirelessly at the same time? In addition I have a manger redvision system, will my headunit be able to connect via Bluetooth so i can control appliances in my car while driving?

If you connect android auto via USB then yes you can still retain WiFi otherwise android auto will take over. We have had several customers connect their Redvision system although this is not supported by us and no further support can be given to make it work.

A lot of Kenwood and Alpine head units now come with Android? Will all the steering wheel controls work on these headunits?

Kenwood and Alpine don't come with Android. You are referring to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay which relies on your mobile phone. Nevertheless Kenwood Toyota Specific headunits support our steering controls whereas some Alpine models require a Toyota SWC module.

If I want to install one of these on an older Landcruiser without a clockspring, do I still need to worry about that horn booster cable? What does it do exactly?

Yes needs to be cut and soldered to the brass pin for the horn
