Unless u lay a weight on the meat it’s not making those grill marks I used it the other day full temp and barely had any grill marks on my steak.

False advertising... the food was cooked previously I just watched another demo and it did not make those deep grill marks ..

First off bologna, bought the vary model two days ago, Power /XL. although high designed engineering , appearance assembly the lid set up all of it was vary good, you can buy a car that is all of that , but it does not get hot enough nor does the finger heat touch control allow you to regulate the heat, I went to high heat and the lighted dial, all it did was keep flashing on and off, FAILED, cleaned it up, easy because it couldn't actually grill. used a temp probe never made it past 120. after 40 minutes I gave up. it never heated the water. The over body was hot, See that picture with the color lights, that is on low heat it will not cook an egg , the coils are way to thin, cheap out. my guess, it would melt the plastic, buyer beware.

I purchased this grill from QVC, I did not open or used it right away like i alway do with my QVC ITEMS. I had this one fr over a year before I opened it,, going through some things and had no heart for it at the time. I finally felt better and I opened it around August 2023, I used it 4 times, enjoyed it and was excited the next time I attempt to use it, It would not work. disappointed and sad I called the company and because I was pass their time, they would not help me. It hurts my heart to throw it away so I washed it and still have it Hoping that someone somewhere would come to my aid. It still looks new. PLEASE help rescue my smokeless grill pro.. BTW The panel under the heating strip changes the color in the center area. I did not put any of the parts in the dishwasher.
