That screen looks nice, but I prefer solid color buttons and the controls feel a bit squeezed into the space. I don't know why these companies didn't just adopt a common style for R/L buttons like say the Sony PSP had. I'm also surprised that they can't or won't upgrade the RAM. Sure it adds cost, but even the GCW-Zero / RG-350 had 512 MB.

I usually prefer vertical handhelds but I do want this to try it... Unfortunately I JUST got my Miyoo Mini v4 and my R36S so, my handheld budget has already been spent!

Yup I got the black one and it has alot of games on it that I have to write down on a piece of paper which game from which system I was playing so I can continue where I saved and left off. Because if you don't 📝 them down you'll be like gee which fantastic game from which system was I playing yesterday? It comes with a PSI Power Rangers and Castlevania Sympothy of the night games! I'm still going through alot of the Gameboy Advance games are in Chinese and Japanese! I wish that it I could change all of the games languages to English!

Poooooopwkiddy❤. The previous version was my first device. I got it early 2022 when it was first released cause it was for 50 bucks and was curious to see how these handhelds work. I quite liked it cause I'd never seen a handheld do many systems. Anbernic devices were sold for 130-150 dollars so it was too expensive for me. Thank u for the review❤

question for the experts here, since all of these cheap chinese systems are more or less all the same low quality not fun to play stuff, how much money do i have to spend on a decent system and what is the best option here for me in europe without the need to import from something like ali. thanks 🙏🙏

There are stores to buy you handhelds. DragonBox in Germany haves anbernic for example. Depends what you like to play .. a Anbernic you go around de 100 euro now a days. Metal shells versions go even higher in prices.

better then some, not as good as others. It's nice to see them install games that kinda work, not 1000 blotchy unplayable games. That D-pad hates you.

just too many systems missing here, overall nothing special, i would say below average in that price range. these chinese copycats are selling the exact same system under different brands so just make sure that you are not bying the same system from different manucacturers like it happened to me any many others i guess. cheers 👾👾

Yes. You would expect there are improvements to the systems list but they dropped the ball again.. the X55 is much better.. Pooowkiddy!!

Me llego hace unos dias. Por el precio no esta nada mal, pero es cierto que pagando 10 dolares mas tienen cosas mucho mejores. Aqui me llego por 39 dolares envio incluido(15 el envio). Para jugar GBA esta bien y algunos arcade. Son los dos sistemas que mas disfutas en esta consola barata. Saludos

I'm aware I'm not in the majority but i really dont like the horizontal form ones. I love the DS systems...but ...i just dont like this style retro ones. I like the vertical game boy style better but....great video as always

People always bag on me on the retro channels for saying this. But seriously to play switch games it's still in the 150-200 range at a minimum for meh gameplay. I also got a mini plus for $36 during a sale like two months ago. So I really don't want to spend more than $50 on something that can play up to switch since I have a Switch already

It's $35 where I'm at. It's probably one of the cheapest Chinese handhelds that can play PS1 games well I think. Not letting you add your own OS/emulators is a big negative though.

this system is very limited in many ways for its price, there are much better options out there for sure and i would never spend any money on a retro console where you are not able to add new roms and more systems.

You can add games through an update option in the software after adding the rom in the folder but not new systems.

What is a better choice within $10 that has a similar size screen to this? Everything seems to have that tiny 3.5" screen. X55 is the closest thing that I can tell. What am I missing?

M17 is comparable if not better. The x55 is a big jump in price and performance.

The only issue with this handheld is the 16:9 screen. All the games that it can emulate doesn't have that aspect ratio.

You say its a joke compared with the competition nowadays, but what would you recommend in the same form factor. I bought one in the Gameboy style and in 30mins i have cramps in my hands because its far too small

I just got one of these for a great price. Have you noticed the search function does not really work? you can search for a number like 19 and all the games will come up like 1945 etc. However if you try to search for a word like Alien to see all the games with that word in the title it returns NO RESULTS even though there are a lot of games with that word in the title. Am I doing something wrong? is there a specific trick? or is it just very poor software that the search function can only find one or two letters nothing more.

easy way is to side load them from the search internal storage option. When you added them to the SD card. Otherwise you need to use a different special methode.
