I had the honor of speaking at Melyssa Griffin's mastermind group in Los Angeles. We spoke about my branding journey, the mistakes, the mishaps, and the successes along the way. At the end I answered questions about how I plan/create/post branded content on social media and whether businesses need separate social accounts to build their brand.

What kind of content do you post when You are trying to diminish fear? How does this differ from the Help Somebody category?

Let's use an example: If I was a nutrition coach, if I wanted to HELP someone, I'd provide recipes and shopping lists as content. But if I was trying to DIMINISH FEAR as a nutrition coach, the content I'd create would be focusing on people's fears around nutrition: not having a healthy life to be around for their kids, the fear of being in a bathing suit, the fear of being on medication around their nutritional deficits.

Jasmine Star got it! Thank you so much. Your content is always on point. I will take that same logic and say that if I am trying to make their life EASIER, I’d center my content around maybe their lack of time they have to create meals or do workouts....
