Can we get exactly 100% result using the FEM for complex problems[ Keeping the hardware limitation in mind]? By the way Great video :)
@graspengineering9249
@graspengineering9249 5 жыл бұрын
Thank you for appreciation ! If you are looking for solution of complex problem with FEM, it will give you accuracy 90 to 100% range. It is not advisable to look for 100 % accurate results for complex problem, this is due to solution time, bigger hardware requirement. It is further based on your problem, if you are looking for research work we need more accurate results (close to 100%) while for industrial work we need faster as well as accurate results too.

Great video Sir ! I am M.Tech in CAD CAM and currently teaching in engg college . I want to switch to FEA domain . How much salary I can get if I prepared well . I have 6 month exp in ANSYS in Construction company which has mechanical equipments at Nigeria . Please reply as I asked this question to many people but none answered .
@graspengineering9249
@graspengineering9249 3 жыл бұрын
Hello Amogh, Mostly industry will prefer experienced people in FEA. So first explore FEA further and if you get chance in bigger MNC, its good if not, then get in small FEA based service industry, try to explore 2/3 years and then switch to bigger firms. You can have very good scope in future in FEA. Try to get experience in both in FEA and CAD too. Now few CAD software also include FEA. Do not bother about package, it depends on industry but mostly FEA engineer have salary compare to CAD or other engineers.

@@graspengineering9249 ok thanks sir but yet before moving out from my honetown for a job in different state I am curious about salary . Because now a days I am observing salary is 18 -20k which is insufficient to survive . What other skills I could show so I could bag a good salary in FEA?
@graspengineering9249
@graspengineering9249 3 жыл бұрын
@@amoghmangalam3130 First few years you should not bother about salary.. instead of you should focus on learning.. once you have good knowledge, salary will not remain concern for you. Salary is depend on company and experience. For small scale industry it might range 2.4 lakh CTC for 2-3 yrs experience while it will be 3 to 5 Lakh CTC in big companies and if you have 8 to 10 yrs experience it will go up to 10-12 Lakh. Also you might get international opportunities.

@graspengineering9249
@graspengineering9249 3 жыл бұрын
Hello Muzammil, 1.You first need to explore basics of FEA, understand what is FEA, node, element, discretization, loading and boundary condition, etc. 2. Execute small FEA problem with ANSYS workbench, learn CAD work & FEA meshing, etc. 3. Learn different analysis types such as static, linear, non linear, vibration seismic, thermal, explicit, etc. Explore furthermore 1D, 2D & 3D problems. for theoretical part refer our blog: www.graspengineering.com for training videos: refer our channel, and explore all the FEA video's one by one. Once you are confident then search for relevant opening.

It's always a good idea to check your presentation before publishing it. Your audio level dropped significantly within the first 5 minutes, making it hard to understand. furthermore, anyone can read the text of what is on a slide. it is the presenter's task to explain beyond the text of the slide.
