No change in reading because inchy tape and graduated cylinder are standard measuring instruments That's why there is no change in reading

This difference belongs to instrumental error due to the rest of the weights it occurs so 100 grams weight difference is allowed in this practical

Jazak Allah you can take any weight but you have to balance it carefully so you will get the same reading and you may be got difference of 100 gm- wt which will be acceptable.
