I understand he has slaves.I get that the culture in India is different but unfortunately a fundermentalist theology can disrupt greatly the way one lives.

God delivers, however, if you keep falling back, it is a lack of love for Christ...if you love Christ who died for you, with all your mind, might etc, it would be impossible to fall into these sins. Not speaking to judge you but to tell you what I have learned myself. Avoiding loneliness, boredom and pursuit of pleasure. We as disciples need to be disciplined in prayer (daily connecting with our hearts in communication God) and learning daily from His word no matter what-it is like this. The Christian life is a life of striving to not to avoid sin as the main thing but to strive to love Christ and learn from Him. It is a need to repent of the lack of love for Christ. May the Lord help you in this.

@@steev708 David was under grace as we are. David went to God with a contrite heart, though he sinned, David asked forgiveness and was given mercy by God. We can all have Gods mercy; a free gift of grace. God is not mocked either, those that come without true repentance are those who will suffer eternal punishment.

It does say that he is speaking of practical ways, not speaking of what Christians know to come to Jesus for forgiveness. If you read your Bible, you already know what you should do in that way. I do not mean to be callous, please see my comment to someone else’s post above.

@@usurumarthi I am not sure I would ever say something that could be reduced into a sound bite that christians who watch porn might be in hell. DOn't say they are born again and they could be in hell. Doesn't work. To be born again is to be rescued by Jesus, regenerated by his Holy Spirit and adopted into this family. Where do I draw the line as a pastor? If you steal something you might go to hell? If you lie, you might go to hell? Did Jesus not come to live the demand of the law perfectly and take on himself the wrath of God meant for us? I would love to see the full clip of this message please and I do hope in the message he says something like this, "But if you have fallen to porn, Jesus died for you, took on himself the penalty for that sin and all sin. Now repent and received pardon and go and sin no more." How refreshing those words would be.

@@mitchschultz8335 Romans 6 is what delivered me from sexual lust, pornography. Reckon you yourselves also dead to sin but alive to God through Jesus Christ. I didn't think it could be that simple but it is you simply believe what the Bible is telling you and apply it by the power of the Holy Spirit. Yes he gives you power as you yield to him.
