It is not the topic why people question if it is haram or not, it is their new whitepaper, with the new shibaswap function. Halal and haram is slightly different from what a person could consider comfortable or not aquiring, a topic of halal and haram is bigger than a personal opinion without a little research of the technicalities. And i totally understand it is a good intention of you, however this topic is not to be discussed as a personal opinion. Hadana Allah w Eyakom

Assalamu Alaykum. Thank you for your efforts and may Allah reward you with best of rewards in dunya and akhirah. However, there are two issues I would like to rise: 1. The ayah you referred to does not have that meaning that you argued with; 2. The problem of SHIB is not high volatility but lack of transparancy in staking proces and in the fact that SHIB is native coin of Shibaswap - that both have prohibitions due to riba (interest) elements.

Great video, JAK. But using the same having $1m and investing $5k example, doesn’t a tiny part of you want to invest your equivalent of 5k in shib JUST in case. Yes 400 trillion is an insane amount but shiba is in its infancy stage. The developers allude to many burn mechanisms being worked on and in the pipeline. The most recent of which being through their NFTs they just launched. Anytime you rename your NFT an amount of shib gets burned.

Any investment is risky. When you open a business your not 100% sure your going to succeed. I think this risk thing is misunderstood because your playing with the future. No one knows the future but Allah. I’m a Shiba investor and made good profits. That o my thing I feel guilty about it that it was easy money. Now if easy money is haram that is something else.

@@aboubacarsidibe7678 BTC is not a meme alt coin that plummets or peaks based on a certain someone tweeting. But since you mentioned it, BTC has no real intrinsic value and has yet to prove it can be used as a currency. Most people who buy it anyway are "hodling" it as an investment rather than a currency. It has characteristics of a ponzi scheme in the sense that the people first in make bank from those entering later at a higher price. Infact the only way you can secure a return is to ensure ongoing monetary flow aka new investors. This explains the incessant ads, videos and content on social media to lure people in the crypto market, which is done mostly via scare tactics (The dollar is about to collapse, banks will seize your money etc). It reeks of a scam and a bubble that is yet to pop. It is also easily prone to market manipulation as 40% of it is owned by 1000 people.
