I can't focus on anything right now. It's been v tough for me. I'm in a very bad phase of my life. I have been an introvert all my life and recently I'm Heartbroken here's my story. How to overcome it. Please tell me? Is it normal. Because recently a guy cheated on me we were together for 1 year thn I came to know that he already had a gf with whom he was in a relationship for 5 years. So basically he was cheating both of us. I reached out to her showed her all the proofs. And the guy too confessed that he did cheat but I'm shocked to know that the girl accepted him again. And they are together now.. This is most disgusting they both played with my emotions I had suicidal tendencies heartbreak 💔 panic attacks anxiety. And they don't even regret of doing this. Everyone is so fake the world is full of fake people. Sach m kisiko etna blindly trust krna nhi chahiye tha 1yr + 8 months sb khatam krdia mental health and I even attempted suicide. Depression mental health is not a joke. People should talk about it more often.

Hi, i also had the same situation in my 5.5 months of arrange marriage . My husband always forced me toh get physical because he thought marriage is only exist for this only no emotional attachment required. We had a rush marriage due to family reasons but he never respect me and treat me like a sex object so i took the decision to end the marriage for my self respect..wishing for a bright future 🙏

Meri mummy ko ek ladka pasand tha, mera rishta bhi pakka kar rhi thi . Wo ladka 2 months mere sath bohut achche se baat kiya, mujhe bhi decent, nice guy wala vibe mila, phir wo apna asli chehra dikhaya. Itni gandi baatein karne laggeya mere sath, I could not even share it with my mum, bohut awkward feel hota tha, sometime I felt like puking and throwing up. I was so stressed kyunki meri family usko bohut seriously le rhi thi . Then I made a really hard attempt, apni family se baat ki and uske Papa ko phone kiya and I said I can't marry his son . I felt so relieved after closing his chapter from my life.❤

Aapka boyfriend chahe kitna bhi accha kyun naa ho jab tak vo aapse shadi nhi kar leta iski koi guarantee nahi hai ki vo physical hone ke baad bhi aapse shadi kare...toh aap dhyan me rakho ki agar aap negative aspect ko lekar bhi mentally aur emotionally prepared ho tabhi physical relationship banao otherwise 2 minute ke pleasure yaa ye khone ke dar jo aapko satate hain aapke is dard ko permanently bhi sahene ke din aasakte hain aur vo pain kai zyada bada hoga. Meri ek dost pregnant hogyi thi aur usko bhi mene mana kiya tha ki tujhe friendship karni hai toh kar leni lekin physical mat hona lekin usne vo galti ki aur mujhe usne bataya aur vo tb khush thi aur boli ki vo aisa nahi hai vo alag hai aur usne ladke ne usey bhot galat galat baate bolke chorhi aur usse kaha ki "tere jaisi ladki kisi biwi banne layak h kya? Mai ek bohot acche relationship me thi jaha mujhe lagta tha ki mai bohot lucky hun ki iske jitna pyar mujhse koi aur kar he nahi sakta yaha tak ki mujhse shadi karne ko bhi ready tha.Usne mujhse emotional level pe itna pyar kiya ki lagta tha shayad koi ladka nahi kar sakta. Mujhe fever,tabiyat kharab,emotional problem,periods kisi moment pe kabhi akela nahi chorha lagatar mujhe emotional affection deta raha aur vo insan mujhe chorhke chala gaya. Fortunately mera aur uska kuch physical level pe nahi hua. Par jab hum acche khaase relationship me the toh usne mujhe kaha ki mai physical relationship ke bad kabhi chorhke nahi jaunga mai sure hun but mai isliye chahata hun physical hona taki fir tum mujhe kisi aur ke paas chorhke nhi jaogi aur meri banke rahogi. Mai bina physical ke b uski banke rahi lekin vo mera nahi ban saka aur usne mujhe chorh diya aur friend zone kar diya aur friend zone karne ke baad ab vo mujhse kaheta hai ki atleast we can hug and kiss toh mene usse kaha ki sirf hug not kiss toh usne mujhse kaha ki chorho koi fayeda nahi hai hug bhi nahi karna mujhe aur usne mujhse kaha ki atleast foreplay toh kar he sakte hain jabki use pata tha ki mai bina shadi ke ye sab nahi karungi kyunki mai bhot emotional hun aur vo itne gire huye tarike se baat kr raha h jis ladke ne mujhse itna pyar kiya pagal jaise jo bina lust ki baat kiye lagatar emotional baate karta tha. Jo mere sath hua usey bhagwan ki kripa samjhu yaa unse mila dhokha aur dard. Ye asahaniya hai jisse mai khud guzar rahi hun.
