Not sure if you do it or not but I would recommend showing you stretching before you start hitting balls. I find that helps and maybe you got a stretch or two we don’t know about that can help loosen up before a round

I noticed that you are playing off a tee. I usually do that when I practice a first hole tee shot in my head. I'm also a digger which I'm trying to fix. Does putting the ball on a tee for practice help not to dig into the ground too much?

I notice you're hitting a lot of iron shots off tees in this video. Do you hit off of a tee at these drier, harder ranges? I notice the range can absolutely impact my ball striking (not a lot of great ones to choose from by me), but I feel like hitting all of my iron shots off a tee might develop poor habits as far as ground interaction and swing apex.
