Howdy! Here is a workout video for practicing hand technique. I thought it could be maybe motivating for someone to practice with a video of someone also practicing haha. So yeah here we have a workout for tempos from 110-240 bpm. I increased the tempo by 10 bpm for each tempo.

This is the workout (it is based on playing 8th notes):
4 hits each hand (1/2 bar) - duration - 8 bars in total
8 hits each hand (1 bar) - duration - 8 bars in total
16 hits each hand (2 bars) - duration - 8 bars in total
24 hits each hand (3 bars) - duration - 6 bars in total
32 hits each hand (4 bars) - duration - 8 bars
If it looks confusing, don't worry, just start playing along with me and you'll grasp the idea :)
