What a beautiful message. I remember what parfume ads were like back in the days, obsessed over sexuality and image. None of these were inspiring, they’ve driven us by anxiety. And now we’re celebrating what truly is inspiring - our imperfections, our fire, our lives. I’m deeply touched that we’re finally there. And bravo Emma ❤️‍🔥

The ad is perfect, no doubt. Emma Watson's direction is cool, we get it. But it's disappointing not seeing the creative team's name anywhere. It's like Emma Watson wrote, shot the entire film all by herself without the help of a production company.

If you watched the behind-the-scenes video she posted on her channel, it shows how this ad was made. This is also an ad attached to the brand so the creative team that helped her is WITH Prada ergo --- Emma Watson x Prada

@@vildekm Yeah, they’re not gonna find that on an ad unless they dig for it. Most ads don’t credit crews, especially if it’s working with an in-house crew. They’re a brand, but not media like Vogue, HB, etc. who do that.

Wow, that was beautiful! Love the shot where she's in the lake -- not the underwater (which is cool) but when she's on the surface (:49). But my favorite is near the end where she's laying on the rock (1:22). Great video!

My confusion about myself, the fact that this whole ad just enamoured me and gives light to that confusion. I’m always drawn to changing things, I struggled to find what suits me. But actually, that constant struggle is not really a struggle, that’s just myself. “I’m not the same, but I’m always myself” sums it all up. Thank you Emma.

I agree 100%. This is why good videos (whether it´s ads or movies) should not be cut to fit the allotted timeslot. Context is important. And the message gets either distorted or is incomplete. I prefer this version as well.

i liked the commercial but i dont quite get how emma is working together with a brand like prada who is rated very bad on good on you in therms of sustanability. As Emma is a supporter of good on you and is very influencal when it comes to sustainable fashion i dont understand how she works with prada. Is it becaus a parfume is not = clothing or can anybody explain please?
