2 years 20000kms done on my Ola S1 Pro. Never had any major problems. Service cost: 700rs only for breakpads. For vibrations keep front tyre air pressure upto 30psi.

A ten-month-old gen 1 scooter. 13000 kilometres completed. No major issues. Good thing : mobile app, regen, range, comfort, head light Bad thing : body quality, buggy display

Done 32k in total excluding service delays, I am happy with the product tho build quality was average , move os 4 is a game changer, regen is good only paid for tyre change in entire ownership, and a service plan for consumables doing 100 to 140 kms every day 🔁

Ola has to start investing in the after sales experience. With so many scooters sold in a short span there will be a huge demand for servicing. If not handled properly the company reputation will be damaged.

Using gen 1 since 2022, rode 13K Kms so far. Except front suspension, I would say Ola is miles ahead compared to 450x. Be it features, performance and importantly Mileage. What Pradeep is saying is purely nit picking. In Move os 4 beta now, currently getting a range of 130+ kms consistently in Normal mode. So far I have changed the front break pads which costed my around 700 bucks. Except that my service centre experience is also good. In second gen, one of my friend got this and seat issue is real. The plastic could have been better. I liked the acceleration in gen 2.

Im owning the Gen 2 with 2 months i have completed 4200 km Excellent scooter not a single issue found besides the seat and front suspension The seat is not that great when i took the scooter from a bad road or a bump the seat goes inside such a poor quality And the bugs the bugs are not coming on everyday the only 1 bug im facing is the freezing of screen need to restart the scooter So if ur planning to buy or already purchased pls restart ur scooter 4-5. times a week so u will not find any glitches Other than no issues i found Power impressive Comfort is great Breaks are also impressive Fully satisfied 😊

I have two unanswered questions from this video that you can maybe touch upon in future videos. 1) 19:40 when you test the high speed part, pls measure gps speed also. Would be useful in calculating speedo errors at different speeds. Also, 2) hows the throttle response? It was not instantaneous in gen1 so maybe it has improved?

I bought s1x+ last week. True range is 81km in eco mode, 58km in normal mode and 46km in sport mode. Totally waste

Throw it away. It's stops in middle of road asks for restart. Never buy for your loved ones. They might get hit over vehicle coming from behind . This honest feedback after 3 months. Zero response from support team. They hardly respond. They have hired security at office to ensure nobody entire the premises.. like real-estate gundas..still mad people buying it

2:10 Nope I have S1 Pro Gen 1 the Single Front Suspension is not Stable even in Low Speeds , if your Pillion even Moves Slightly The Front Handle Moves and In Straight Raods The Vehicle is Tilted towards the Left slighty you will understand because of the Upgraded Front Fork which now has more Steel in it and that has Made The Left Sided Curved Suspension more Heavy.

I have recently purchased Ola S1 Gen Pro 2 but milega is giving with 100 % charge only 70-75 km with double loading and with music system. Honestly it doesn't look like a innovated product, it looks like a juggad to solve the issue which where previously, when I visited the showroom there are screws missing in some parts of the panels and the finishing it pretty bad for the price they are offering, I would rather go for the Ather or TVS considering they have good quality and after sales if any issues persist in future, whatever they provide they work, where as OLA there has to be some kind of juggad to sort it out most of time and it seems OLA has already lost interest in not maintaining the product portfolio, a good mechanic would do this kind of juggads to solve the issue it doesn't look like a company or factory made changes and the company people are least bothered to care about the product.

Till now means near about 20days pass they even fixed my problem still my scooter is in showroom

Ola scooter S1 pro generation 2 is fairly good in design. Except which all are worst. It is The worst in service. when it comes in terms of motor vehicle every customers need after sales service. Which is lacking in Ola. No one should do the mistake of buying this vehicle They are fooling the common public. I purchased this for my daughter seeing their advertisement that 195 km in full charge. None of the mode she is getting mileage of 195km. They provide three or four modes with different mileage. One percent charge required for one kilometre in normal mode which is next to economy mode. In 100% charge the display shows 143 km range in normal mode. Where as we will get only 100km milage. The mileage shows in the display screen should be reliable as far as an EV is concerned. How do we fix our trip if this is not accurate?. I have seen in other brands EV, the mileage shows in display is exactly the mileage we are getting. One day during the ride the vehicle got stoped in the middle of the road. As we had opted for roadside assistance while purchasing the vehicle, my daughter called for roadside assistance at 12 noon . She got call back from ola after half an hour. the vehicle got picked up after six hours which is around 0630pm. The reason of the breakdown was the breakage of its belt. The vehicle run only 900 km in two and half month. After two days of rectification of belt issue the vehicle stuck again in the afternoon around 3pm. she waited for four hours for assistance. By then the service center was closed. She had to leave it in the nearest police booth and come home. The vehicle got picked up next day. This is the experience of my daughter from Chennai's heart of the city Parrys corner during the ride. Then how are they going to serve better in outskirts. You will not get anyone to call and speak directly. All work with mobile application only. Which may or may not respond. Call centre is useless. Software issue are too much struggling with that every day Boot opening or closing function is another issue Navigation not working. Handle bar not getting locked. Ola is offering call receive facility through Bluetooth, but mike won't work (though this feature is not important) Ola experience centre has incompetent employees. We will be the laughing stock for them if we frequently approach them with problems. The ola scooter owners who doesn't face these issues will not realise the poor customer care. Never ever buy or recommend this scooter to anyone.

Yesterday in middle of road at around 10PM (8C temprature) i was with friends done some snacks then ola was not starting nothing happning to the evhical. lucky snacks shop guy given plaas then i removed pin seat cover removed fuse re instered fuse then vehical started. Suppose you are in the middle of road and this vehical give you this type of experince how i can be happy with this vehical. Trash product in the name of electric
