ఇంత తతంగం మన దేశంలో ఉన్న పేదలు, మధ్య తరగతి జనాలు స్వంతంగా చేసుకొనేది అంత సులువుగాదు. మన ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగం పనితీరును పరిశీలించినా, వారి చిత్తశుద్ధిని గమనించినా ఈ పథకం అనుకొన్న లక్ష్యం నెరవేరుట చాలా కష్టం.

అందరికీ ఒక గమనిక.... గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలలో పెద్దగా చదువు లేని వారి కోసం , ఇందులో Step-1 పోస్ట్ ఆఫీస్ నందు రిజిస్టర్ చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రజలు ఇది గమనించగలరు.
