Ultra instinct is the most powerful transformation but you can't stay in it for long. Mastered ultra instinct is as the name suggests when you master ultra instinct and can use it at will. It might come off as ego but has a strong scientific backing to it. We have two modes of thinking, focused and diffused. The latter is engaged when you're focusing AWAY from the problem in hand and using your subconscious mind. Both modes are equally powerful. 'A Mind for Numbers' is an excellent book to learn more about using both these tools of thought to your advantage.
