I have blemishes too . I consulted to skin doctor and it's all due to stressful. The more you are stressed out the more you having blemishes spreading all over your face. All you need to be happy and exercise daily to rid of it. Sleep at least 8 hours and stay away of pollution. Drink lack of water , vegetables and fruits. Apply a good face cream and especially stress free that's all my skin doctor said to me.

Wash ur hair multani mitti n sapreta dahi ....apply heena wt soaked in iron vessel for a night mix d essence of reetha sikhakhai , amla egg , kattha,tea water 1 TSP coffee make a paste keep it for 2 hours den apply ....after doing mild shampoo , apply next day honey n egg on hair ...keep for 1 hour n den apply some vinegar mix wt water ....n wash wt normal water...
