The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Thursday (May 2) said that no visa note was issued to Prajwal Revanna. But to travel to Germany, he did not need one. Here is why?

For any person to arrest, there has to COMPLAINT. Means those women have to go to police station and lodge complaints. Affected women kept their mouth shut for whatever reason,(money etc) and when he ran away, they suddenly started speaking.. Even Congress started speaking after he ran away.
