I met him in his office in Pulchock and explain my Defeated case 45 minutes, but He just Laughed to hear my case Decision by Supreme Court by Gopal Para, Govinda Up, Sheer Bahadur,Madhav Nep,Janadhan Khadhka,Rajuji and etc.Buying this Case by Black Coat and after 15 days Gopal ji most notorious Judge Gave the Decision .Any way History will Show these People. Judiciary is not a joke! He was rightly talking about biases. He meant that there shouldn't be any confirmation biases as it fosters the pre conceived notion which can be harmful to any institution including judiciary.
