There are a lot of things you need to consider here, because it is India and people in different states have different mindset and other factors too, I don't know what is right or wrong, but when human beings have so many options, then they don't value what they have, because we will always try to find stimuli, which triggers your mind and desires and you start going in that direction, whether it is right or wrong.

My advice for all those looking to enhance their dating life is work on yourself, talk to females it doesn't always have to be about sex but really have fun enjoy your time with them, know them, learn them and be passionate about the things you do. Listen more. Treat yourself like someone you value and think how a woman would add value to your life before rushing in getting into a relationship.
