If you love classical music that much I must suggest songs from movie ‘ Sargam’ one of the best classical romantic musical Malayalam film.There are around ten to eleven songs but should not miss songs like ‘sangeethame’, ‘ pravahame’. , ‘ aandholanam’ , ‘ Krishna Kripa sagaram. , ‘ Raaga sudha rasa... And don’t forget to watch the film it is one of the best....👍🏻 I recommend first watch the movie then react.....

Mridangam is the percussion instrument playing through out with Na Dhim Dhim Dhim. Raveendran master was such a genius who compose songs based on ragas. Please react to the Qawwali song Tu badi mashallah kahein abdulla from the same movie, which is completely a Hindi song composed in Hindustani raga Patdeep.

this is one of the classic Raveendran Master magic where almost pure semi-classical song composed with Orchestral Arrangement instead of just pure traditional classical/semi classical arrangement.. It gives this song a heaveanly feel every time I hear it :) Another music director that i have seen doing somethig like this is Vidyasagar

it's mridangam ; This instrument is mainly used in Carnatic music. In the video song, mridangam playing in the songs Devasabhathalam and Nadarupini (a song for which MG Sreekumar won the National Award) in the film itself. Nedumudi Venu mridangam is used in the video song Nagamo from Chithram movie. P Jayachandran ( famous Singer) was the one who sought opportunities to play mridangam in film songs.
