I really appreciate Prof. Cielo’s input. But I think we also have to think and consider the way Filipino thinks. For me , it’s all about MINDSET. If Filipinos have the mindset to choose a better and competent politician and LEADERS, I think Philippines will be a better place to live. If Filipinos had their lessons not to vote actors/actresses, there might be a big difference. We can’t compare Australia or Canada even in Asian countries the Philippines. We can’t compare our politicians in other countries because everyone is different. Political culture in the Philippines needs to be CHANGED!

Christian sa ngayon ang kailangan ng bansa ay to produce rice, corn and vegetables and the goverment to supply water in agriculture by supplying water thru a Desalination plant to supply water through out the country So we don’t need rain to come and no more tag tuyot. Desalination plant get ocean water and thru Osmosis we have drinking water. On rice fields no need for osmosis and by eliminating salt from sea water we can use to irrigate rice field. I am living in California USA and there are 13 Desalination plant supplying water in farms and homes. Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam have already Desalination plant and they are the suppliers of rice here in USA. Hope we can interview The Agriculture secretary. It is a must that we need to hire people and teach them how to Be a farmers like what Vietnam and Thailand were doing. They hired labor to be farmers.

Dapat nga wag ng gawing appointee ang mga Department Sceretary na jeopardize lang yung progress na ginagawa ng bawat Department kaya di maka-usad ang bawat Department. Bukod pa dun ang ilalagay tuturuan pa or totally walang alam. Nasasayang yung mga magagaling at matatagal na under secretary which mas may alam at mas experience. Sayang lang pinapasahod sa mga secretary eh yung mga under secretary lang rin naman halos gumagawa lahat.

Good morning Christian, ako ay from Canada always watching sa iyong channel. Feedback po doon sa discussion mo with Cielo - I think meron correlation ang educational background ng voters with respect kung sino ang ibo-boto ng voters. Halimbawa, kitang kita natin na si Sen. Robin Padilla ang no 1 sa number of votes- ito ay reflection ng voters' educational attainment. Kung i-comppare natin si Sen. Padilla at Sec. Teodoro (talo sa pagka senador kay Robin Padilla) mas madami magawa thru legal means. Itong si Sen. Padilla pa-porma lang. Dito naman sa usapin ng education, sa tingin ko ang focus ay improvement dito sa provincial high school curriculum. Sabihin na natin na UP ang standard ng college education. Kunti lang ang galing sa provincial high schools sa buong Piliinas na accepted sa UP, mas kunti pa yung mga galing sa barangay high schools na ma-accept sa UP. Ako ay isa lamang sa mga mapalad na naka-apak sa UP Diliman noong late 1980s na galing sa small town ng Cotabato. Ang isang bagay rin na tignan ng UP ay i-promote or bigyan ng pagkataon yung mga students na galing remote areas, or barangays kasi sila ang sa ground level na kelangan ng edukasyon. Salamat po.
