John sold his previous General Lee at Barrett Jackson almost 12 years ago in January of 2008! I want to believe that there was a part of John that REALLY wanted another General Lee but for what ever reason during the last few years, Maybe it wasn't in the cards for him. I'm glad to see that he now has another General Lee because it is hard for fans to imagine him without a one!

This was such a moving moment. It took John a minute to figure out what was actully happening.

I believe every actor or stunt man that was associated with bringing us the greatest TV show and most iconic car to ever fly threw the air deserves to own their own General Lee unless of course they just don't want one. Warner Brothers should do that for these people to show their gratitude for these folks that did so much for their company because I think if a single thing or person had been different the show would have never worked the way it did or as well as it did. I know speaking for myself as a young child spending my Friday nights right here in the same livingroom I'm sitting in right at this second that the Dukes of Hazzard gave me so many great memories as a child. I remember riding out on the back country roads here in Southwest Ohio with my dad when I was about 5 years old and back then I always stood in the center of the bench seat in the olds cutless my dad had. And like I said said I lived the Dukes and I had my little Duke's of Hazzard big wheel along with the lunch box and countless other merch from the show. But anyway me and my dad was riding around and I can't remember what caused us to go into a spin on the road but my dad said he remembered letting out one hell of a yee haw right in the middle of spinning out. Back then I don't believe there was really any car seat regulations like there is these days. So I rode standing up in the of mom and dad whenever going somewhere. Which is crazy to think about these days but it was different times back then. That's a great memories I have from being a dukes fan and I'd say I can thank John for that fun memories.
