I am a Sikh. My family lost family members during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots instigated by many kangress workers. The party never punished them. Congress party's policies are the reason thousands of Indians died in the Khalistani movement. My family will never vote for kangress.

As long as opposition parties do not change their position on national issues like corruption , Abrogation of Article 370 ,CAA Anti Triple Talaak law , support for hijaab in classrooms , UCC , Position on Pakistan , Support to Mafias like Ansary etc opposition parties have no chance to regain their position .Further people do not support them on their accusation of misuse or selective use of ED /CBI etc against their leaders by BJP as long as no honest and innocent leader is jailed without any concrete evidence .On issues like unemployment ,inflation , women safety etc voters do not consider opposition parties as better option to NDA alliance to address even they are not fully satisfied with NDA at present.

What he is saying is reasonable. There is a visible decline in stats of analytics and survey opinion. That is mostly because the core supporters are no more super concerned about Modi's regime getting replaced. They are assured. In the public space, the maximum noise is made by the hardline supporters and hardline opponents. Since hardline supporters have reduced their nose levels and hardline opponents have become more rabid, so it appears as if Modi's popularity is declining on a broader level. This is misleading analysis and will be corrected in the elections results on June 4th. The overall popularity of Modi as PM has increased tremendously but now it is increasing among the silent voters. They will not say anything but still dutifully vote for BJP. Remeber one of the slogans of BJP is -- Chup chaap kamal chhaap. Meaning -- remain quiet and keep voting for lotus. From now on, it will become harder and harder to gauge real popularity of BJP by standard surveys. Most of the surveys are manipulated to be in favour of Congress ecosystem anyway. Even if someone designs a survey to be unbiased, it will be a very difficult thing to achieve because BJP is slowly making "chup chap kamal chaap" as it's official position. In the 2029 polls, I think it or its variants will be the main slogan. Wait for 1 week. BJP alone will win about 360+ seats and prove my assessment correct.

This is your opinion ki Madiji is losing his gloss... But those die hard supporters, which are the poor people,who constitute the major segments of India's voters, still has not given up on Modi. For these long neglected below poverty line people, Modi was the only PM who saw, heard their problems and tried to alleviate them. My neighbours are mostly poor people, labourers, daily wage earners...for these people life is very hard BUT they do not have to worry about going hungry tonight or cooking gas, or a roof above their heads. Middle class people like me, who have some kind of decent jobs, some money in bank account, maybe a car in the garage....these are the segment of voters who can change their opinion about Modi. And by the way most people I talk to have one common theme when talking about Modi: Modi is not corrupt which seemed to matter a lot to them.

Prasant Kishore keeps making this rookie mistake in all his interviews. He keeps repeating the stat that BJP got only 38% of vote and 62% people voted against them. That is simply incorrect and very misleading. That is because BJP only fought on 437 out of the 543 seats in 2019. Either he should reduce the total vote count to reflect only 437 seats or add the votes that BJP’s allies got. NDA as a whole received *45% of the vote share*. That’s the correct number that Kishore should be using.
