Prashant Kishor Prediction: Less than two weeks before the general election, poll strategist Prashant Kishor sounded a red alert for the Congress and INDIA opposition bloc, warning of improved performances - seats + vote share - by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party across six eastern and southern states.
Mr Kishor - who has guided the Congress, the Trinamool, and the Aam Aadmi Party to wins over the Prime Minister's BJP - repeated his warnings of the past - that the ruling party is not invincible.
But he also warned the opposition it is running out of chances to stop the BJP juggernaut, pointing to a string of missed opportunities between 2016 and 2018, as well as the pandemic. "If you drop catches, the batter will score a century... especially if he is a good batter," he told news agency PTI.

That is exactly the kind of ideological conditioning that he is referring to. I am not denouncing the method. In a democracy, individual will is as much a safeguard against autocracy as it is an agent of chaos. Any well-meaning political leadership cannot take firm steps towards nation building in a democracy without committed backing of its people. And absolute political majority is as much a responsibility as it is a power. And history has repeatedly shown us that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. The RSS wanted to work with Congress before the BJP was formed. Because Indira Gandhi made a mistake, it didn't happen. As a Bihari who has not been living in Bihar for the last nearly 40 years. And is still connected with Bihar on the ground. Bihar has a problem that a leader cannot solve. The problem is with its population. They're happy with the status quo. Not with the possibility of change. The people who are leaving no longer count. Nor do they have any understanding of why they had to leave the state. Kejriwal in Delhi is a text book example of this phenomenon. The Bihari vote is the reason for his win. Our main problem with congress and secularists parties are policy of appeasement. They appease Muslims and suppress Hindus. Let all be treated equal.They only created narrative of Hindu terrorism,enacted law to give land to waqf board arbitrarily,Muslim have first right on resources, reservation against provision of constitution. We also got afraid of insanity shown by Rahul in speeches and memories of previous Jungle Raj of Yadav clans.

Prashant Kishore ji is a very astute analyst. He knows very well how to use available events and existing data to prove his point. I would hope that his vision of JANSURAJ Party is not like AAM ADMI Party and his efforts to provide a new and better option to Bihar prove to be correct. I'm watching this video after seeing the exit polls yesterday evening. Listening to PK at 4:00 - 5:00 its like watching an oracle or astrologer speaking. He literally forecast the exit poll trends with almost pin point accuracy ... Surreal ... wonder which crystal ball he gazes into ... I may not agree with him on many counts, but one cannot ignore PK's sharp acumen on assessing electoral moods on the ground in a nation as vast as ours.
