In southern Chile, the Mapuche tribes dream of a North and South America freed from the oppressive influences of colonialism and launch a plan to liberate EVERY indigenous population in the contents... through strength of arms, if necessary! And yes, that means that we're going to lead a coalition of fanatical natives... against the United States. This'll be fun.

Nah, we don't roast him for obvious mistakes. We roast him for not reading tooltips and/or forgetting how mechanics work, causing him to take 15% less land in a peace deal because he transferred the occupation to vassals first. Wait, wrong Paradox game.

A common misconception is Columbus was sailing for India. He was sailing for the Indies, and thought he landed in them. Thus resulting in the Caribbean also sometimes being called the West Indies and American natives being Indians from the West Indies since Columbus had landed in those island chains. That terminology just got spread further, of Indian. Also not like I’m one but the native peoples in the Americas have a lot of different preferences for what to go by. Some do just chill with Indian (I think), some go for native, first people, their actual historic name, and probably more.
