Superb.... ഏത് ആൾക്കും വീട്ടിൽ അത്യാവശ്യം ഉള്ള ingredients... അത് നല്ല ഒരു കാര്യമാണ്. ഒന്ന് try ചെയ്യാമെന്ന് വെച്ചാൽ ചേരുവ ഇല്ലാത്തതു കൊണ്ടു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടില്ല

ഈ അതേ പോലെ follow ചെയ്തു ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് ചെമ്മീൻ ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി ma sha allah പറയാതിരിക്കാൻ വയ്യ super tast ആയിരുന്നു ഞാൻ നന്നായി food ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ആളാണ് എന്നാലും ഒന്നും ചേർക്കാതെ ഇത്രയും നന്നായി ചെമ്മീൻ ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ എന്ന് സംശയം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഷമീമിന്റെ chicken വെച്ചുള്ള ഒന്ന് രണ്ട് recipe ഉണ്ടാക്കിയപ്പോൾ ആള് കൊള്ളാമല്ലോ എന്ന് തോന്നി 👍 അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ subscribe ചെയ്തു shameem നല്ലൊരു chef ആണ് ട്ടോ 👍കൂടാതെ സംസാരവും ചിരിയും കുഞ്ഞുമോന് വാരികൊടുക്കുന്നതും എല്ലാം ഇഷ്ട്ടമായി 🥰 ഇപ്പോൾ mon കുറച്ച് വലുതായി കാണും 3 വർഷം മുൻപ് ഇട്ടതാണല്ലോ ഈ recipe.

Shameemkkaa.. ഇന്ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഞാൻ ഈ style biriyani try ചെയ്തു. ശെരിക്കും amazing flavours. ഒരു രക്ഷയുമില്ലാത്ത taste.. ഒരുപാടു ഐറ്റംസ് ഇല്ലാതെ simple ആയ എന്നാൽ വളരെയേറെ tasty ആയിട്ടുള്ള ബിരിയാണി. പിന്നെ ജീരകശാല rice പാകം കറക്റ്റ് ആവാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല എനിക്ക്‌. എപ്പോഴും വേവ് കുറയും. പക്ഷെ ഇക്കാടെ recipes കണ്ടു ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ perfect ആയി കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്.. ശെരിക്കും soft ആയി കിട്ടും rice.. ഇക്കാടെ പ്രത്യേകത എന്താണ് വെച്ചാൽ ഓരോ കാര്യവും വലിച്ചുനീട്ടാതെ പറഞ്ഞു മനസ്സിലാക്കി തരും.. Its hard to think of a biriyani with lots of chilly powder and that too without garam masala.. As you are saying it I m sure it is gonna be excellent.. I m trying his recipes and too happy about it.. This will be another favorite one! Reddish prawn biriyani... Bon appetit.
