Today Is The Feast of Saint Thomas Becket Bishop And Martyr: Saint Thomas Becket was born in London in the Year 1118 and studied in Paris. He was named Chancellor to the King in the Year 1162 and later was Consecrated Archbishop of Canterbury. A conversion followed His appointment as Archbishop He absorbed Himself in His duties, defending the rights of the Church against King Henry II, who Exiled Becket to France for 6 Years. Upon His return to His homeland Saint Thomas endured trials and in the Year 1170 He was Martyred by Agents of the King. Saint Thomas Becket Bishop And Martyr Pray For Us! Thank You Rev. I’m stuck in the darkness of not being able to connect with God in a way that makes it real for me. I’m totally and completely lost and it’s especially frustrating that nobody seems willing to help me see the light.

Can I suggest something easy to start with? Just pray- Oh Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you”-- just repeat that often during the day and night- I promise that your darkness will be lifted.

You are not as in darkness as you think, I think, or you wouldn't be watching this video and leaving your comment. There is a tiny glimmer of Hope for you, and you might not get a "feeling", you might get an insight. I speak all this from my own experience, similar to yours.
