The triple way, or three stages of the spiritual odyssey: Purgative - turning away from mortal sin, expelling sinful desires and commencing to live baptismal vows Illuminative - following Christ more closely by practising virtues, though occasionally facing difficulties with temptations and distractions of the world, struggling with venial sins most of the time and mortal sins rarely, striving along the right path Unitive - complete detachment from edifices of sin which are material things and secular interests that can lead one away from God, entire life transformed into prayer, practising sanctity in ordinary life all the time without struggling or making excuses or worrying about what people think, consecrating oneself to God and being united with him

Perfect Love casts out all fear. If we love God first, if we deny ourselves, and ask God to love Him with the love of His Mother, Mary, we will grow quickly in holiness. “The Self” has to go. Prayers and discipline; obedience and trust in God will get us there. It’s called Perfection and Jesus tells us to be perfect as the Heavenly Father. He calls us all to be Saints. Love this sermon and thank you, Father. Prayers for you 📿🙏🏻

@@deannamartin6827 You go to the comment section because it is a church of gathering of brothers and sisters not a place to throw your venom at people you don’t even know so when you go throwing venom you have to ask yourself who speaking through you is it God speaking to you or the devil speaking to you, We are so quick to hate on everyone when we should be loving one another when we’re listening to a speaker is to bring us together not to throw venom at one another and of discussion

@@lindalovatol.m.t4106 There was nothing in the comment that was "venomous" as you put it. She simply made an observation. To hold a conviction in of itself is to make a judgement. We are actually commanded by Christ to judge. What we are not supposed to do is judge rashly, hypocritically, or the soul of someone (even then without good cause).

One of the favorite part of my day is early am with all the birds singing. I say: "Good morning God" and I listen to His beauty with love. I tell Him I love him and thankful for a new day and it's blessings for myself and my lived ones. When I am in the garden it is the same except I talk to God about his amazing plants. I see God everywhere 🙏! Praise Be to God!!!

I'm confused by the comments at 16:50 We're not allowed to lie to save someone's life? How do we explain this passage from Exodus 1? "So the king of Egypt called the midwives, and said to them, “Why have you done this, and let the male children live?” 19 The midwives said to Pharaoh, “Because the Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women; for they are vigorous and are delivered before the midwife comes to them.” 20 So God dealt well with the midwives; and the people multiplied and grew very strong. 21 And because the midwives feared God he gave them families."
