So for people who don’t know what’s happening, a while ago a woman climbed the same direction where that person is going and mysteriously died in one of the water tanks and went weeks without anyone knowing where she was and people were reporting that the water seemed off so they went to go check and there she was, drowned in the water tanks, the same one the entire hotel uses

For those who are confused A woman checked in the cecil hotel, a few days later she disappeared, and the last footage of her was her panicked and breathing uncontrollable, then she went to a floor, and made a run to the rooftop, as if she was running away from someone or something, then after that, elisa lam was reported missing, and a few weeks later people are reporting the water was black and tasted weird the staffs went to the rooftop where there are water tanks they checked, and then they found elisa lam's body unconscious it seems as she was drowned and that's the story Hope this helps

So for people who are wondering what the big deal is: A few years ago a young woman, (like in her twenties) Elisa Lam died in the Cecil. Her roommates noticed really strange behavior from her then proceeded to kick her out from the room. She continued to act EXTREMELY strange. (elevator footage on KZfaq) Suddenly she went missing. It really wasn’t a big deal, just no one had seen her. For weeks the guests complained about the water tasting funny and having a strange color. Finally, a worker went to investigate. Only to find Elisa dead and naked laying in the water tank. No wounds, no blood, no clothes. But the clothes were in the water tank with her along with her purse. That is the exact same route Elisa took to the water tanks.

When the worker looked in the water, she saw Elisa Lam’s corpse undressed in the tank. To this day, none knows (except for the possibility that there were murderers involved) what actually happened.

To people who don’t understand a girl once in this hotel had delusions and thought someone was after her their is footage of her going in the elevator she was moving very fast she went to the water tank and took her clothes off and then hid in the water the water started turning black and smelled horrible guests started complaining about it people were so confused on what was going on it took forever but they found the girl in the tank they concluded that she had hid in their from “someone” but it was also said that she would need help to get into the tank bye y’all.

No one really knows why she went into the tank but there are theories (I’ll state 2 of them) so the 1st one is she was being followed for something, they have footage of her going into the the elevator and going out again. The next one is she purposely killer herself. But she climbed up to the water towers and drowned. The guests complained about the water so someone went to go check on it and they found her in the tank, dead. It’s kind of unsolved because nobody knows why she went up to the tank.
