A general approach to pre and post event sports massage that is for general loosening. Pre event should be short in duration, vigerous and superficial in depth. Post event should slow and gradual to avoid muscle cramping and soreness. This is a general approach to pre and post event sports massage for athletes. Not for specific issues they may be dealing with.

This video would have been more effective if you had demonstrated pre event massage techniques first and then the post event technique. If I was not a trained professional I’d be completely lost as to which technique you’re demonstrating. I’d be thinking “are we doing pre or post now”
