Our family recently attended a pre-Eid fair in Oldham, and it turned out to be a delightful experience! We weren't quite sure what to expect initially, but we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of activities and offerings available.
Upon arriving, we found a small fun fair set up for the kids, complete with rides and games that kept them entertained for hours. Inside a large hall, the atmosphere was bustling with energy and vibrant colors. Numerous stalls were set up, each offering something unique and appealing.
Among the many stalls, there were several selling beautiful traditional and contemporary clothes. Food stalls were abundant as well, serving a delectable array of dishes and snacks that gave us a real taste of the Eid festivities. From savory samosas to sweet jalebis, the culinary delights were a highlight of the fair.
In addition to clothes and food, there were also stalls offering souvenirs, jewelry, and home decor items. One particularly popular stall was the mehndi (henna) station, where artists were creating stunning designs on visitors' hands. It was wonderful to see people of all ages enjoying the various offerings and soaking in the festive spirit.
Overall, the pre-Eid fair in Manchester was a fantastic family outing, filled with fun, food, and shopping. The sense of community and celebration was palpable, making it a memorable experience for all of us.
