As spring approaches we need to get our equipment ready to go. We will start with a John Deere 9550 with a pre spection to see what we need for repairs. So we can get started for the 2017 Harvest

believe it or not my 1976 year model John Deer 3300 diesel only has 2867 hours on it. still tight and extremely good compression. I never attempt to crank it after it has been sitting without first pulling the F150 in beside it and putting the jumper cables on it. current battery is only a 3 year old 1000 CCA at 32°. once the harvest is under way and I am cranking it each day unless the temp is below 35° it will crank without a jump. old style diesel, go glow plugs needs all the battery it can get. months of sitting in cold weather without charging is challenging to the best of batteries. I enjoyed the look over of your combine.

Malco has great wax products. Rejuvenator is a good one for dull weathered paint

I use Meguiar's synthetic wax. It last a long time. You can get it at Walmart.

I know you're investing in the livestock barns and handling. Good move. Wondering what your thoughts are on on farm grain storage and machine storage. Considering both in the future. Thanks

So sad farmer that you folks have to spend out all this money for a machine that you only use say a couple months of the year and then it sits there for so many months rusting and rotting away and then you have to do so many things to get it going again and a very costly thing at that . Yes it makes it hard for a small farmer or one that is just starting up,
