Pre-running in a mid Travel Ranger? (Sumter National Forest)

downsouth-expe... My buddy James and I took off for a late night trip to Sumter National Forest to do some high speed wheeling in the 2019 Ford Ranger. Pushing the limits of my driving capabilities is always a fun time as speeding and offroading go together quite well.
The eibach pro truck kit and the baja kits upper control arms do a fantastic job of keeping the truck in control while blistering down forest roads.
The sumter national forest is a awesome place to get away for a while and spend some quality time in nature.

Glad to have found the channel. Traded in my 2020 Jeep JL 6 Speed for a 2020 Ranger FX4 due to a bunch of electrical issues and a super clunky transmission.. No regrets whatsoever! I love the Ranger and it’s a loads of fun to watch and learn my new platform. Awesome truck you got going there!

@@downsouthexpeditions2956 Yeah I’ve noticed it’s a monopoly as of now. I was looking into something as basic as Fender Flares that are all going for $500!.. Looking forward for the market to catch up to put a stop to that ridiculousness lol. We also need some gears!Would love to run 35’s but I worry how the trans will hold up long term especially with off road use. Would you say you feel confident with long term reliability sitting on the 33’s?
