Great session when it comes to energy and commitment in tight situations, but in most of the exercises, the keeper knows where the ball is going. I'm not saying that's a problem in itself, but it is a problem if every session is structured the same. It's great for practicing the movements and saves, but it lacks a bit of decision making in my opinion. But still a great inspiration.

well, you usually have both shooting practice and/or play-session later on with the rest of the team. When you have a goalkeeper coach at your side to guide and help you, youll get enough decision making traning there. The session they showed in this video is class A.

Good session, but old-school. They haven't been trained in passing and distribution, which are crucial skills for a modern goalkeeper.

After the Exercise with the Yoga Ball all Goalkeepers injured their hand and the club had no Goalkeeper left .... RIP
